• Able to select and use 500 kV hot line maintenance tools.
• Safe and efficiently maintenance 500kV V-string transmission line.

Course outline

Theory

1. Procedure to access into 4 bundles conductor and replacement of  V-string insulator.
2. Study using each kind of equipment and tools.
3. Force analysis and application of tools.
4. Clearance analysis and effect of high voltage.
5. Work sequence and assignment of duty.
